Milan Malpensa Airport ground transport
Malpensa has two terminals: Terminal 1 handles most full-service and international carriers, while Terminal 2 is the low-cost hub used chiefly by easyJet, and a free 24-hour shuttle bus connects the two. The fastest link to Milan is the Malpensa Express (Trenord), running roughly every 30 minutes from the station beneath T1 to Milano Cadorna (about 38 min) and Milano Centrale (about 52 min) for around €15. Autostradale, Terravision and Air Pullman shuttle buses run from outside the terminals to Milano Centrale for around €10 in about 50-60 minutes, while a licensed taxi to central Milan is charged at a regulated flat fare of roughly €104-110. Private door-to-door transfers and rental cars round out the options, and direct or one-change buses also reach Como on Lake Como and Bergamo. - Malpensa Express to Cadorna and Centrale has level boarding from Platform 1 at the airport, and reserved spaces for disabled passengers on board.
- Signal a member of staff before boarding so they position the gap-filler ramp — the train is level but the gap still needs bridging.
Milano Centrale is large and busy; if you are connecting onward, allow more time than the timetable implies.
