Buying tickets in Phuket
The Phuket Smart Bus is the cheapest way south to Patong, Karon, Kata and Rawai — a flat 100 baht whatever your stop. Board at the domestic terminal: exit Gate 3, walk past the Amazon Cafe, and the stop is opposite. Buses leave roughly hourly from about 08:15 to 23:30.
